Manifesto

The GTM stack is two generations behind what AI can do today.

Generation 1 was manual: Apollo + Lemlist + a $200K-a-year SDR copy-pasting between five tools. Generation 2 was the US-centric AI copilot — still a sequencer with a chatbot, still translating from English, still asking a human to do the work.

Apollo is a database. Outreach is a sequencer. Salesforce is a filing cabinet. They make humans slightly better at the work — then bill you per seat to do that work.

Meanwhile the buyer side has gone autonomous. GCC procurement teams use AI to evaluate vendors. CFOs use AI to write the brief that calls for the RFP. Sellers — and the tools sold to them — stayed manual, and they still sound like a translated bot. Generation 3 is autonomous, localized execution: one operator plus a swarm of agents that read the GCC registries, draft natively in Arabic and English, and ship pipeline without you in the middle.

Berry is that swarm — built first for the GCC, where the language, the channels, and the registries are different enough that nothing else works. If you're tired of paying for SDRs to do data entry, we're building this for you.

Berry is born

Leen and Riccardo founded Berry in 2026 to build the AI GTM engineer the GCC actually needs. We're signing our first design partners now and tuning the agents on real Saudi and UAE pipelines — F&B, fintech, logistics. New here, on purpose.
